The club was formed in January 1999 from people who joined a triathlon swim training session on Tuesday evening at the Leisure Centre in Uckfield. Some of these people have taken part in the Uckfield Triathlon, which has fired their enthusiasm to get involved in the sport.
The Utopia Triathlon Club currently has twenty members with an elected committee of seven. The club opens it's door to novice people wishing to take part in triathlons for the first time as well as some like me who have taken part in the sport for a few years (on a social basis). The club is based at Utopia Leisure Centre, Downsview Crescent, Uckfield, E Sussex.

On a Tuesday evening in the Utopia L C pool 8.30pm to 9.30pm. All abilities catered for with coaches setting the session and to help with stroke improvement.
Sessions still in the process of being set up possible Turbo sessions in the Leisure Centre. Bike sessions, alternate or after run session, start soon on Sunday mornings from Utopia L C at 9.15am Details to be posted as soon as available.
On a Sunday morning around a variety of courses taking in urban and Country Park trails. Starting from Utopia Leisure Centre.
